During this five weeks course you will learn the basic principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as selected acupressure points, aimed at improving your physical and emotional health. Each week we will be concentrating on different ailments, such as stress, anxiety, IBS and digestive problems, palpitations and more.

You will also learn how food energetics can help you to stay healthy – at the end of each lesson, after a short mindfulness relaxation, we will be sharing a cup of herbal tea which complements the pressure points learnt
